Growing with Hartung Brothers means contracting with Hartung Brothers to grow specialized crops on your land. Hartung Brothers provides operational assistance and specialized equipment where needed. Before and during the growing season, you will work directly with an HBI “field representative” familiar with your area to arrange for a successful growing season. Our field representatives have many years of experience growing the crops we manage, and leverage that expertise to get you the most out of your land and farming operations. Hartung Brothers can provide the labor and specialized equipment where needed.
No, growing with Hartung Brothers does not require specific equipment. Tilling, planting, pest mitigation, disease mitigation, and harvesting can all be done by Hartung Brothers. For most crops, Hartung Brothers does require that fields be irrigated and the local landowner be able to operate the irrigation as required.
