Hartung Brothers, Inc.'s Sweet Corn Production areas are in Wisconsin and Illinois. HBI contracts with local farmers to grow the sweet corn on their land. HBI deliveries the seed to the Growers. HBI also does the scouting of fields to make sure that the sweet corn is growing healthy. Scouting helps determine if there are insects or diseases affecting the corn. HBI also runs soil tests before the plantings take place. HBI crew also comes in and does custom harvesting on each field.

H & N Logistics, LLC is responsible for the transferring of the sweet corn to the canner.

Sweet corn is gluten free, low in saturated fat and sodium.  It has no cholesterol.  Sweet corn is high in dietary fiber, magnesium, phosphorus, thiamin.  It contains Vitamin B6, C, E and K.  One cup of sweet corn contains 132 calories.  It contains omega 3 and 6 fatty acids.  It nutritional values as of folate, niacin, riboflavin, potassium, manganese, iron, zinc, copper and selenium.
